What this website is
This website describes the products we manufacture and how to enquire about them. It is a description of what we make, not a shop. Nothing on it can be bought online and no payment is taken through it.
Product descriptions, dimensions, finishes and photographs are indicative. Because everything we supply is made to order, the specification that applies to you is the one written on your quotation.
Quotations and prices
No price is published on this website. Where a product page notes that price varies as per fitting, or that the rate is discussed on enquiry, that is a statement of how we price, not an offer.
A quotation becomes binding only once it is issued by us in writing and accepted by you. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and are based on the measurements and requirements you supplied. If those change, the price and the lead time may change with them.
Lead times, delivery and installation
Lead times are stated on your quotation and are estimates given in good faith. They depend on the size of the order and on what is already in production at our plant.
Where installation is included, it is stated on the quotation. Site access, a clear working area and a finished floor are assumed unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Use of this website
You may read, print and share these pages for your own business purposes. The text, photographs, drawings and layout remain our property and may not be republished as your own or used to represent another supplier's products.
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or uninterrupted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
