The product
What it is, and when it earns its place
Some stock does not want a shelf, it wants a cell. Spares, fasteners, files, garments and sorted components all lose their value the moment they get mixed together, and a flat shelf makes mixing inevitable.
A partition rack divides the bay into individual compartments with vertical and horizontal dividers, so each line has one place to live. Picking becomes a matter of going to the right cell rather than searching a shelf, and a gap in the grid is immediately visible when something has run out.
The compartment size is the whole design decision. We set it from what you are storing, so the cells fit the item rather than the item being forced into a standard cell.

Can compartment sizes be mixed in one rack?
Yes. A single bay can carry a mix of cell sizes where the stock varies, which is usually better than forcing everything into one standard compartment.
How many compartments can one unit hold?
It follows from the cell size and the space available. Tell us what you are storing and how many lines you need to separate, and we will work the grid back from that.
Are the partitions fixed or removable?
We build to either. Say at enquiry stage whether the grid needs to stay fixed or be reconfigurable later.
