The product

What it is, and when it earns its place

What we need to quote it

  • The floor plan, or the length of each wall you want run
  • Whether the middle aisles are single or double sided
  • What you stock, which decides shelf pitch
  • Pillars, shutters and cold cabinets the run has to work around
  • The shade, if it is not the standard white

Where it is used

Where this one usually goes

  • Supermarkets and self-service stores

Full floors laid out as wall runs and island aisles, sized to the shape of the room.

  • Grocery and provision stores

Shorter runs for a smaller floor, with the shelf pitch set to packets rather than cartons.

  • Departmental and general stores

Mixed stock on one run, where shelf spacing has to change down the length of a bay.

Questions

Supermarket Display Racks: common questions

Can you lay out the whole floor?

Yes. Send a plan or the wall measurements and we will come back with a layout — wall runs, island aisles and end bays — costed as one quotation rather than rack by rack.

Can shelves be moved later?

Yes. The back is perforated and the brackets lift out, so shelf heights change as the range does, without tools beyond a pair of hands.

Does it have to be white?

No. White is what most stores ask for because it keeps the floor looking open, but the racking is powder coated and we will match the shade your scheme uses.

Send us your shop measurements.

A photograph of the wall or the floor, and rough sizes. That is all we need to give you a price.
